Why is the Tigrai Government Shy to ask Outside Help to fight The Desert Locust Timely?

As we all know now Ethiopia is a failed state; there is no legally mandated government right now in the country of about 120 million people.   A failed state is a state without legal government where is there is no responsible, accountable government and there is no law and order.  People are dying in Ethiopia on hourly, daily basis. There is bloodshed across the country every single day. The only part of Ethiopia that is peaceful right now is the Tigrai region which has conducted constitutional and legal election which has been sealed by about 3 million voters.

Since Ethiopia has no legal government that can run the country legally. The only legal entity is now TPLF in Tigrai which is the only elected party within Tigrai.  TPLF has the moral and legal right to request outside governments to help to fight the desert locust which is destroying desperately needed crops right at the harvest time across Ethiopia.  What is TPLF waiting for?  You can control multi trillion swarms of desert locust by hand.  This is ridiculous.  Prevention is better than cure.  It is not shamed to ask outside help.  Shame is to be silent and to allow crops to be vanquished by desert locusts on broad-day light.  I have been urging the government to ask outside help, but no one listens.  Guys  please listen and use reason, stop arrogance because your arrogance is exposing people to misery  California in USA asks sometimes  Canada to help when it fails to control fire which occurs in California almost every year or  two years when the central government in USA  is slow, but Arat kilo is not even white house right now. Arat kilo is now occupied by a town bandit group.  Why is it taboo or shame to ask countries to offer their modern tools to help?  This is like a natural disaster like Tsunami, earthquake.  You do not wait for non-existing government to help.  Ethiopia has no government right now. Abiy is  illegal brigand or town bandit or mafia or town gang  if you like a shifta with no  legal, moral, personal, intellectual capacity, a fake Dr. who did not even pass grade 12 legally by following legal  educational procedure.  Abiy has no grade 12 certificate. He did not finish his grade 12.  He has no capacity to do anything good except create more bloodshed and crisis.

TPLF is mandated by the people of Tigrai to represent the people of Tigrai globally and ask help on their behalf because this is about survival or existential threat. I do not understand why TPLF is sitting in Mekelle while crops are being destroyed daily.  Many countries have drones for this purpose and should be requested to help instead of draining the energy of poor people to deal with these insects.   TPLF must ask drone help from many countries and must control it in Tigrai and then reach out to the other part of Ethiopia. This is also one way of discrediting and making irrelevant Abiy.  Abiy has held drones sent to Tigrai for 6 months in Addis Ababa, which could have been used to contain the locusts before they cause so much damage. These Drones were bought by Tigreans exceedingly early to fight the locust. No sane or healthy person can do that. This is crime against humanity.  TPLF must ask help as soon as possible and get as many drones as possible and must get them through Sudan or Djibouti, not through Arat kilo since Arat kilo bandits will takes them if they are delivered through Arat kilo.  This is a lawless, bandit group with no human common sense who are savages the 21 ^st century.

It is overdue to ask outside help. It morally wrong to be silent and it is foolishness.  At the same time, this must be changed to an opportunity.  The Tigrai government must set up GNSS, GIS, GPS, and Telematic Center in Tigrai so  that to track, monitor, and control the locust remotely whether it is in Yemen or Afar or somewhere else after now so that it is can be destroyed by drones in its origin.  There is Technology to control locust if we invest in it.

Abiy is a human Corona-19 and a human desert locust. If possible, he must be droned with the locust. He is a human pest. Insects pests eat crops, human pests shed bloods of humans.  Why is it tough to storm at Kilo too?  Why not use the Agazi operation I style operation and send Abiy Amhed to hell?  After now, each single day Abiy will cause more damage and it will be costly to keep Abiy in Addis after now.  Even peace in Tigrai is impossible while Abiy is on the planet. Abiy has no other purpose except to create bloodshed like Issayas Afeworki.  Abiy is a friend of Afeworki? Afeworki does not believe in education and has university?  Abiy must be dethroned by means without war.

As  I stated in my previous piece, I also urge the medium of education in Tigrai to be changed that is the only way to benefit from science and Technology by making Technology and science accessible to people in their own mother tongue due to the fact people use their language to think, create, process, form, ideas. You cannot access technology and science through a third-party language. In this way, the Tigrai economy can also be become Technology based economy. E.g. China makes about 40 billion dollars per year by developing software in Chinese language and this is pure scientific economy.  Our young people must use technology by developing software in Tigrignea and Geez.  This is how you create job.  Using your language is not an option, but a must.  Let us change this threat to an opportunity.

I also suggest Tigreans diaspora raise money on monthly bases to cover up the budgets of Tigrai government.
