Introduction

Tigray is being circled constitutionally and politically by the Abiy regime in concert with Esaias Afework.  We have to analyze the present movements in Ethiopia, most particularly Abiy’s recent visit of Eritrea. The public is not privy to the purpose of the visit and the actual content of the discussions, which took place in dark alleys, by a leader who has fooled Ethiopians that he is a competent moral politician.

Sadly, Abiy is neither competent nor moral.  If anything, his actions present him as dishonest, inconsistent and unimaginative.  Worse still, he is in love with power, and determined to preserve his new power, by threatening to postpone the forthcoming elections, so that he could stay in power as a transitional leader in perpetuity.

Several recent moves point in the direction of invading Tigray, if TPLF does not succumb to the pressures of the Abiy regime to get out of the way so that the gallant Tigrean people could submit their sovereignty and take orders from the Federal government and renounce the idea of separating themselves from modern Ethiopia, if necessary.  They are being pressured to be deprived of their constitutional right to practice their autonomy to preserve their dignity and sovereignty as a practice of the categorical imperative that they are humans with dignity and inherent rights that no federal order could violate. If Tigreans demand separation, no regime in power can deny them this right fully articulated in article 39, as their inherent right, which is constitutionally enshrined.  It is shocking that the President of the Supreme court is attempting to curtail this right by advocating military action, there by accommodating Abiy and Isaias to carry out a vendetta in Tigray, under the pretext that they are going after Woyane and not the Tigray people, which is lie.

Arguments

First, the President of the Supreme Court speech on 07/2019, in violation of the Constitution’s articles calls for a military action against the Tigray region, if the region does not comply with Federal orders.  For her there is only one Federal government superior to the regional states and that regional states cannot have their own armies with which to resist federal military mandates.

This advocacy is neither constitutional and or reasonable.  The Tigrean people must resist with this order by any means necessary. Radical democracy is guided by a revolutionary categorical imperative which demands that the people should never let regimes transgress the people’s inalienable dignity.

Secondly, the recent moves in the border to remove the arms on the boarder is a direct response to Afework Isaias’ machinations of preparing the removal of  the TPLF regime by force, althoughIsaias declares that the Tigray people are the innocent bystanders, the real enemy is the Woyane regime which must be militarily defeated.  This strategy of confusing Tigreans is consistent with the Judge’s advocacy of military action against Tigray.  The Abiy regime has prepared a legal justification of invading Tigray with the help of Isaias in Eritrea.

Thirdly, the hypocritical sympathy with the Tigrean people and the demonizing of TPLF, with all its flaws, should not be taken seriously.  This is the device that the ethnonationalists and the Abiy and Isaiaas regime are scheming to take over Tigray and then forget the Tigrean poor.  The tensions between the TPLF and the Tigrean masses are an internal problem, which will be solved by the activities of Tigreans themselves.  The Tigrean people are not cattle. They are gallant, shrewd and moral. In time, they will know what to do.
